Most phone batteries start to wear out after about 400 charge cycles (usually 1–2 years). If your battery isn’t lasting like it used to, bring it in and we’ll replace it!

In most cases, no. Repairs like screen or battery replacements don’t affect your files. However, for severe damage (like water or motherboard issues), there may be a small risk. We recommend backing up if possible, and we always handle your device with care.
